I'm Brian Volke, a guitarist who discovered my passion for music at a young age. Since picking up the guitar at nine years old, I've been captivated by its strings. At eleven, I found myself drawn to songwriting, a creative outlet that has remained with me ever since.
My musical influences are diverse, encompassing artists like Johnny Cash, Jimmy Page, Planxty, and Pete Townshend. Through my songs, I delve into a range of topics, from cars and people to life and love. There's a certain quirkiness to my music that sets it apart.
Whether I'm performing as a solo artist or with my band, My Son Ted, playing music brings me immense joy. And when I feel that joy, it radiates to the audience, creating a memorable experience for everyone involved.

I'm Malcolm Conat,aka Malcolm. I'm a 23 yr old singer-songwriter based in Calgary, Alberta, though I originally hail from Prince George, British Columbia.
My music can be best described as groove-based indie, infused with elements of R&B, funk, and classic rock.
I started playing the drums when I was just five years old and picked up the guitar at eight. Growing up, I was always captivated by music, thanks in part to my dad, who would play classic rock, soul, and old country tunes during our road trips.
Eventually, I discovered my passion for songwriting, recording, and producing alternative music. It was through this creative process that I penned some of my most notable songs to date, including "Jim & Pam," "ADHD," and "Leave Me Alone."
Numerous artists have influenced my musical development, including Anderson Paak, Childish Gambino, Asher Roth, Harry Styles, and Miguel.
I'm excited about my upcoming EP titled "I Think I'm OK" slated for release in 2023. See you at SSN!

Hi - I'm Micah Sage, and can't wait to play for you on the SSN stage.
Perhaps you've heard my music on CBC, CKUA, or Campus Radio National, as an Indie/Alternative artist.
I'm based here in Calgary, where, as a self-taught multi-instrumentalist, I've expanded into writing and producing.
I'm inspired by Coldplay, Lennon Stella & Clairo, and my music has been described, at once, as dreamy, sweet and soulful, nostalgic, and cinematic.
Best if you hear me live though, and apply your own adjectives. But wherever words you choose, I'll flavour them with a little indie energy and sparkle straight from our Sunnyside Summer Night stage.

I'm Memphis Pambrun, the frontman of our country-rock ensemble Memphis & the Grande.
That's "grand" tagged with a bonus "e" at the end, so you can be sure to expect that something speciale going to happene this Wednesdaye. We present the best of both worlds, blending the heart and soul of country music with the raw energy of rock. Our troupe is made up of seasoned troubadours who've honed their skills in various bands, coming together to create something truly special.
Imagine this: Memphis and the Grande in one corner, Haggard and Cash in the other, while Springsteen and Fogerty sit back, enjoying the show and picking up the tab. That's the kind of vibe we bring to the stage. We're all about capturing the essence of classic country and rock legends and infusing it with our own unique style.
We're here to entertain. We love nothing more than seeing a crowd get up and dance or tap their toes to our music. It's our job to make sure every show feels like a Saturday night party. We pour our passion and joy for music into every performance, creating an electric atmosphere that you won't be able to resist.
